Answer: All systems are operational. Expired license so the software is out of date. The solicitation makes reference to available funding many times. Will the government please share the amount of available funding? This may make it easier for services providers to evaluate the requirement.

Answer: The VA does not disclose the funding/budgeted amount for the requirement since this is an open market competitive solicitation. Therefore, we highly recommend for vendors to provide their best offer that they believe is competitive. Will the services requested in this solicitation be provided to the Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center facility of the located at 1670 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA 30033?

Answer: No, this is only for the VHA Member Services Office, Suite 200. Will the requirements in this solicitation extend to the Atlanta VA CBOCs also?

Answer: No Is the Exaq video system stand alone or does it integrate into a larger video system, the stated quantity of cameras in the solicitation seems very low for an entire medical center.

Answer: It is a stand-alone system. Is the existing software house system current and up to date on all SSA and support agreements?

Answer: The license and software are expired. How many servers and client workstations are supporting the software house system?

Answer: Two remote servers and three workstations. Does the software system utilize real time certificate validation when granting access to doors at this facility?
