1 Service Address: South Texas Veterans Health Care System, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229-4401 PTW North America Corporation provided a sole source letter stating that the Beamscan system is a sole source product, manufactured, sold and distributed exclusively by PTW. In addition, there are no other organizations authorized by PTW Freiburg in the US to service PTW products besides PTW North America Corporation. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals.

No contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice. If no affirmative written response is received within 7 days from the publication of this notice, the future options in 36C25724P0201 will be exercised without any further notice.
