The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to provide and perform maintenance on the Sterilization Critical Water Reverse Osmosis System to ensure that the system provides water that complies with AAMI ST108 standards including Table 2 and Table 4 of the standard. All work will be conducted at the Oscar G Johnson VA medical center located in Iron Mountain, Michigan.
The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, expertise, tools, and equipment necessary for execution of the work to be performed under this Contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210. All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement by October 8th, 2025, at 12:00 PM(noon) CST, to Makena.James@VA.gov to include the following:
