Dingell VA Medical Center, VISN 10 Contracting Activity, intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, for the following items listed below.

Description of equipment requirements: Immunofluorescence Microscope. Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC is the only manufacturer that can provide the microscope (and accompanying add-ons) that can meet the requirements of the JDDVAMC s Research Department. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated and shall be awarded.
