Department of Veterans Affairs, 250-Network Contract Office 10. Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance.

Awarded

Dise LLC

$0.00 obligated so far on USAspending

Description

As published on SAM.gov with the combined synopsis and solicitation of January 31, 2025.

We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. This is new requirement. Is the above set aside for Set aside for SDVOSB? On page 1, it states unrestricted , but the below is checked on page 20. This solicitation is unrestricted (no set-aside), this section refers to vendors that intend to subcontract to SDVOSB/VOSB contractors. Monthly?

We have and have had VA agreements and none of them have ever been paid in arrears since it is a year-round agreement that includes emergency services, technical support as well as preventive maintenance throughout the year. Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears after the completion of services, only for services that have been delivered.

Also there are some UPS systems that don t have a MFG, model # etc. UPS 11 lists what appears to be an internal # used for Powervar UPS systems but since we are not Powevar, it makes it extremely difficult to research it. UPS 12 lists the model # of the frame being used for your APC bypass and PDU but that is not the actual model of the system.

The model of the UPS on the inside of the door typically and on a metal plate that will show the whole UPS information including the size (since the frame lets us only know that it can be anywhere from a 250kVA- 500KVA) which changes pricing tremendously. As well as and possibly just as important, the battery information (size and model #). According to the inventory sheet UPS 11 has 36 HR 1251 batteries. UPS 12 has 164 high performance battery units (model #SYBTU2-PLP). Tags are attached.
