Modification to Previous Notice Evaluation Factor 1 has changed to:
Specialized experience and technical competence with providing architect-engineer services for comparable lighting projects (30% weighting) Demonstrate experience and competence with comparable lighting projects that: Replaced existing light fixtures (of various types/sizes) with new energy efficient LED fixtures in an occupied hospital setting of approximately 49,000 square feet. Directly replaced existing fixtures with new fixtures to minimize modifications to ceilings, walls, and wiring.
Maintained existing lighting controls, dimming capabilities, and occupancy sensors. Performed construction period services, including: Professional field inspections during the construction period. Review of construction submittals. Support in answering requests for information during the construction period. Support of construction contract changes to include drafting statements of work and cost estimates. Submit at least three but no more than five projects completed within the last five years.
These projects must have had their final (100%) drawings and/or specifications submitted and accepted by the customer. Furthermore, for projects where construction is not complete, please provide the status of the project, at the time of the SF330 submittal for this specific project. Provide the project title, location, and brief work description, including: Strategy used to identify suitable energy efficient LED fixtures. Building use and square footage of the project.
Contracting method, including start and completion dates (original vs. actual) for completed work. Prime contractor, major subcontractors, contractor team arrangements. The submitted projects will be used to evaluate the specialized experience and technical competence of the architect-engineer.
