FY 26 Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education

The VA Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8) intends to issue a firm-fixed price single-source procurement to Accreditation Council For Graduate Medical Education for a _FY26: Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The proposed contract is for an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education Fees to maintain medical accreditation for twelve months from January 01, 2026, through December 31, 2026. There is only one company with the capability to provide this accreditation. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 813920 with a business size standard of 1,250 and PSC U010.

The proposed contract is for a twelve-month medical accreditation program which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate, with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a notice of intent to award a single-source procurement action and is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation package is available.

Firms that want to challenge the single source must show clear and convincing evidence of their capability to provide the services/supplies, and that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
