FY25: CRAC Unit System Repair

No contract will be awarded from this notice and the Government will not provide reimbursement for responses submitted in response to this notice. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are commercial services suitable to meet the Government s needs and whether the needs can be met by small business concerns that will likely submit a competitive quote at fair market prices.

The anticipated NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, small business size standard of $19.0M is contemplated for use in future solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 08) is seeking vendors specializing in the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) systems.

Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses on ATTACHMENT A - VENDOR INFORMATION AND QUESTIONS after reviewing the draft performance work statement. Information received may be used to facilitate the Contracting Officer s review of industry practices, small business set-aside determination and procurement strategy.
