Scope, sentence 1: Currently reads: The contractor shall provide all labor, expertise, materials, and equipment onsite at the Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center sufficient to produce individual verbatim transcripts of sworn testimony for AIB Hearings and deliver final printed transcripts for legal purposes.
