Amendment 0001, 36C24726Q0054 Court Reporter Services The purpose of this Amendment is to:

(a) answer question received in response to the solicitation;

(b) update the Performance Work Statement; and (c) extend the due date for quotes.

**Question:** Can you please speak with your service team and let them know about the feedback issue and get clarification on if it s okay to perform services virtually?

**Answer:** We are fine with virtual. Performance Work Statement, paragraph A.2. Scope, sentence 1: Currently reads: The contractor shall provide all labor, expertise, materials, and equipment onsite at the Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center sufficient to produce individual verbatim transcripts of sworn testimony for AIB Hearings and deliver final printed transcripts for legal purposes.
