PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 07) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Vascular Radiology Associates II. The procurement will result in a firm fixed price contract for services for an on-site Vascular Interventional Radiologist physician to provide services at the VA Augusta Health Care System Downtown Division of Imaging Services.

The solicitation for this action will be posted to SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. After consideration, the Government will determine whether to proceed with the sole source acquisition.

The solicitation will be posted on or about February 26, 2025. Please respond in writing to Wyona Davis at wyona.davis@va.gov by 15:00 EST on February 26, 2025. ITEM INFORMATION The purpose of this requirement is to award a Base plus 4 Option Year contract for an on-site Vascular Interventional Radiologist physician that shall cover the range of Interventional Radiology services comparable to what would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility.

The standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting and/or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the American College of Radiology. The Radiologist will be required on-site for 40 hours per week during normal opening hours M-F. The contract also requires a VIR radiologist to respond 24/7/365 for Emergency Room and Inpatients when the physicians contact them.

The contract includes an hourly rate for Board Certified Vascular Radiology Physician Services, On-Call Services for 365-days, and Call Back Overtime of 50 hours. Location of service is 950 15th Street Augusta, GA 30901. The overall potential Period of Performance is for 01 May 2025 30 April 2030 Contract Period:
