The following dates and deadlines should read as follows. This is a correction update to the original solicitation. Also updating information added to the PWS.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quoters shall submit their quote via email to David Hoover at david.hoover5@va.gov by 4:00 PM, EST, February 11, 2026. Quotes shall be assembled by the following Sections: each section shall be easily identified.
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS Offerors should submit all technical questions regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Specialist in writing, via email, to David Hoover at david.hoover5@va.gov on or before 2 pm EST, February 6, 2026. DUE DATES All quotes shall be submitted by 4:00 PM, EST, February 11, 2026, via email to David Hoover via email to david.hoover5@va.gov. UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY MAINTENANCE 36C24626Q0137.
Main Server Room UPS - Main server room is an APC Sn: PD0529144821 Emergency Room UPS - Emergency room is a Mitsubishi SN 15-7M74870-02 Critical Care Unit UPS - Critical Care Unit is a SolarEdge B-Series SN 924870 UPDATED PWS INFORMATION The Contractors work shall include, but not be limited to:
a) Complete one (1) major and one (1) minor preventative maintenance inspection for all UPS's.
1. Major Preventative Maintenance shall take place in March.
2. Minor Preventative Maintenance shall take place in mid-August or early September.
b) Complete visual inspection of all components, all associated parts and subassemblies including wiring harnesses, cables, contacts and fans.
c) Review computer event logs.
d) Record all voltage current readings input and output (A, B & C Phases).
e) Perform infrared temperature readings on all connections, breakers and other components.
f) Check integer of battery cabinet.
g) Check battery jars for proper electrolyte level, corrosion on all terminals and cables.
h) Measure AC bus ripple voltage and current i) Measure battery float voltage and current. j) Measure cell terminal voltage k) Measure overall system voltage 1) Measure AC ripple current.
