This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought notice.

This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. The Salisbury VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for Under Ground Storage Tanks (UST).

Contractor shall test, inspect and conduct emergency repairs as necessary on a monthly, annual, or 3 year-basis to remain in compliance with NC DEQ regulations for all Underground Storage Tanks (UST) onsite. Monthly UST-27B inspections, completed on state forms on Removal and proper disposal of any petroleum-contact water present in sumps.

Annual compliance testing, completed on state forms: UST-22B ATG, sensors, leak detection UST-22C visual inspection of sumps, dispenser sumps 3-year compliance testing for tanks due in FY 2025 UST-7A cathodic protection testing UST-22A overfill prevention UST-23A spill bucket hydrostatic testing UST-23B containment/transition sump hydrostatic testing UST-23C line integrity testing + line tightness testing UST-23D tank tightness testing Document preparation for state site inspection Onsite technician during state site inspection to open sump lids, dispenser cabinets etc. Post-inspection discussion, responses, follow up submissions as necessary.

name and address of company, business size (large or small): identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories-8(a), HUBZone, Services Disabled Veteran Owned/Veteran-Owned Small Business; provide a brief description of qualifications and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement.
