Contractor shall test, inspect and conduct emergency repairs as necessary on a monthly, annual, or 3 year-basis to remain in compliance with NC DEQ regulations for all Underground Storage Tanks (UST) onsite. Monthly UST-27B inspections, completed on state forms on Removal and proper disposal of any petroleum-contact water present in sumps. Annual compliance testing, completed on state forms: UST-22B ATG, sensors, leak detection UST-22C visual inspection of sumps, dispenser sumps 3-year compliance testing for tanks due in FY 2025 UST-7A cathodic protection testing UST-22A overfill prevention UST-23A spill bucket hydrostatic testing UST-23B containment/transition sump hydrostatic testing UST-23C line integrity testing + line tightness testing UST-23D tank tightness testing Document preparation for state site inspection Onsite technician during state site inspection to open sump lids, dispenser cabinets etc. Post-inspection discussion, responses, follow up submissions as necessary.
