The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Avidex Industries LLC for services to r The contractor shall provide Direct TV Satellite Programming services to both Headend Units (a total of 100 receivers) at the Salisbury W.G. Hefner Veterans Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source.

The Salisbury VAMC requires standard digital signal programming for approximately 250 outlets throughout the Medical Center. The signal will be received and distributed by existing VA owned satellite dish, receiver, modulators and cable system. The Salisbury VAMC will be responsible for signal distribution.

Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
