Hefner Veterans Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source. The Salisbury VAMC requires standard digital signal programming for approximately 250 outlets throughout the Medical Center. The signal will be received and distributed by existing VA owned satellite dish, receiver, modulators and cable system. The Salisbury VAMC will be responsible for signal distribution.
