Thermo Fisher Scientific Services and Support Contract LIFE TECHNOLOGIES Intent to Sole Source

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement. The Washington DC VAMC located at 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422 seeks services, support, and licenses for the Thermo Fisher Scientific ION Reporter Server System, Ion Chef SVC, Ion S5 plus sequencer and 3500 Genetic Analyzers on location.

Services must follow manufacturer-certified standards, safeguard patient health information, and ensure proper issue reporting. A 24/7 support hotline and VPN setup, approved by the facility ISO, must be included. The contractor shall supply all necessary labor, tools, parts, and expertise in compliance with OEM and government requirements.

Estimated Period of Performance: 02/01/2025-01/31/2030. This requirement will have a base year with four one-year option periods. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Information received in response to this Notice will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
