5. Spec Section 01 00 00. Question: Can the PM perform dual role as the QCM as well? Yes 6. Confirming all work will take place at night, and what the working hours will be. Work can take place during the day, with exception to outages. Outages will need to be afterhours and can begin at 6:00pm generally, barring any unforeseen OR emergency cases. 7.
