The Price Schedule is showing the projected estimated trips for the entire 5-year period. Are there any minimum fleet requirements beyond supporting up to 21 simultaneous wheelchair van trips? All minimum requirements have been annotated in the PWS. For pricing, can you confirm that the contract will be based on per-trip, per-mile, and wait-time rates, with no hourly or flat vehicle rates? Per the Price Schedule, all transportation is based on per-trip, per mile, and per 15-minute wait time rates.

The only flat rate is CLIN0005 as an All Inclusive CLIN as described. Are there any additional documents or attachments (Q&A, amendments, etc.) that we should reference that may not have been included in the initial posting?
