FY26 SERVICES (BASE+4) NOVA Biomedical OsmoPRO Service Contract (VA-26-00054401)

The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 12.201-1 to obtain a service contract for onsite repairs, repair parts, unlimited phone support, loaner instrument, and scheduled preventative maintenance for NOVA Biomedical OsmoPRO (SN: 24080898A).

Anticipated Period of Performance: 5/1/2026 to 4/30/2027 with the provision of four (4) 12-month Options through 4/30/2031.

Basic Description of The Requirement: James J. Peters VA Medical Center owns one OsmoPRO (SN: 24080898A) that requires a service contract with NOVA Biomedical. The service contract is needed for onsite repairs, repair parts, unlimited phone support, loaner instrument, and scheduled preventative maintenance.
