## Description

The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 12.201-1 to obtain a service contract for onsite repairs, repair parts, unlimited phone support, loaner instrument, and scheduled preventative maintenance for NOVA Biomedical OsmoPRO (SN: 24080898A).

**Anticipated Period of Performance:** 5/1/2026 to 4/30/2027 with the provision of four (4) 12-month Options through 4/30/2031.

**Basic Description of The Requirement:** James J. Peters VA Medical Center owns one OsmoPRO (SN: 24080898A) that requires a service contract with NOVA Biomedical. The service contract is needed for onsite repairs, repair parts, unlimited phone support, loaner instrument, and scheduled preventative maintenance.

Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on 4/18/2026 at 4:00 PM CST.
