SERVICE: The Contracting Activity is looking to acquire delivery and implementation of (1) Siemens Horizon PET/CT system housed in a mobile coach. This acquisition will include options. The location of the service will be at the West Haven VA Medical Center, 950 Campbell Avenue West Haven, CT 06516-2770. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.

It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 10:00 AM EST on 09/30/2025.
