PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE VHA RPOE Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1) New England publishes this Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to solicit solely between the authorized distributors of Fujifilm Sonosite, the OEM, (UEI: GL33N7Y7WX98). This is not a solicitation. NCO 1 intends to solicit the OEM s authorized distributors under the streamlined and simplified procedures of FAR 12.6 and FAR 13.106-1, competition to the maximum extent practicable.

The NAICS is 334510. The size standard is 1,250 employees.

The PSC is 6525. Since the product is exclusively available from the OEM s authorized distributors, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. This procurement is subject to the prohibitions contained in VA Acquisition Regulation 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and 852.212-72, Gray Market and Counterfeit items.
