PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE VHA RPOE Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1) New England publishes this Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to solicit solely between the authorized distributors of Fujifilm Sonosite, the OEM, (UEI: GL33N7Y7WX98). This is not a solicitation. NCO 1 intends to solicit the OEM s authorized distributors under the streamlined and simplified procedures of FAR 12.6 and FAR 13.106-1, competition to the maximum extent practicable.

NCO1 intends to obtain the following from these sources IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW): L25100 Fujifilm Sonosite PX Ultrasound System 1 P31440 Fujifilm Sonosite Voice Assist 1 L23972 Fujifilm Transducer, L19-5 1 L25110 Fujifilm Sonosite PX Stand 1 P21894 Fujilfilm User Guide (paper), Sonosite PX, English 1 P25393 Fujifilm Sonosite PX Service Manual 2 The anticipated period of performance is between September 30, 2025 and January 30, 2026. The NAICS is 334510. The size standard is 1,250 employees.

The PSC is 6525. Since the product is exclusively available from the OEM s authorized distributors, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. This procurement is subject to the prohibitions contained in VA Acquisition Regulation 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and 852.212-72, Gray Market and Counterfeit items.
