The Contractor will provide and install the below listed equipment and ensure that it is functioning as intended. Specific equipment required as listed, quantity of one each: Volk 20 Diopter Large Lens (Clear) (P/N V20C) QTY: 17 Volk 78 Diopter Large Lens (Clear) (P/N V78C) QTY: 17 Volk 90 Diopter Large Lens (Clear) (P/N V90C) QTY: 19 Performance Requirements The contractor s responsibilities will include the following:

Shipping of Equipment Delivery of Equipment Installation of Equipment if required Calibration of Equipment as needed Deliverables The contractor will provide all necessary operator and maintenance manuals The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112.
