The purpose of this amendment, A0002, to RFI 36C10B24Q0015 is to advise interested parties that VA shall solicit this effort under the General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant 2 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) as a Fair Opportunity.
