DevOps Tool Suite Option Period 4 Extension

On September 23, 2024, the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center issued modification number P00033 to Time and Materials Task Order Number 36C10B19N10090016 under Contract Number VA118-16-D-1009 to Cerner Federal Solutions LLC for the DevOps Tool Suite Option Period 4 Extension. This is a sole source modification to Cerner Federal Solutions LLC under the authority of Section 41 U.S.C.

4106(c)(3) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), entitled The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order.

In accordance with FAR 5.301(d)(3), this notification is being issued to provide the redacted Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity for this effort.
