Notice of Intent to Sole Source: USDA-ERS Purchase of Machinery Equipment Valuation Data United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Economic Research Services (ERS), Resource and Rural Economics Division (RRED) intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Randall-Reilly, LLC dba Fusable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210 – Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services.

Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a Size Standard of $40 million. Randall-Reilly, LLC, d/b/a Fusable has an Equipment Data Associates (EDA) Iron Solutions product. Fusable provides market information and data on agricultural sectors sourced directly from equipment dealers. Fusable data is proprietary, and it is not available from any other source. Fusable will provide a custom, ad hoc, dataset extraction with the full granularity required to produce our analysis.

There is no other source that has access to the depth and breadth of heavy farm equipment acquisition information with the ability to accurately pinpoint the equipment transaction activity necessary for analysis.

Period of Performance: One year from Date of Award.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
