Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract

The Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC-AD), Patuxent River, MD intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.501 to College of Southern Maryland (CSM) for the support of Educational and Recruitment Strategies between the University of Maryland (UMD), as well as other colleges and universities as applicable, and NAWCAD concerning Research and Educational Program Development for the POP of 11/1/2024 – 10/31/2025.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and a written solicitation will not be issued; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, prior to the posted response date, which will be considered by NAWCAD. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
