Fermi Research Alliance, LLC intends to issue a sole source contract to ALLIED INSTRUMENTATION TM and MSA SAFETY SALES LLC 1000 Cranberry Woods DR. Cranberry Twp, PA 16066 United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that ALLIED INSTRUMENTATION TM and MSA SAFETY SALES LLC is the sole provider of the following for Fermilab Accelerator National Laboratory:

Description: Part 1- A-X5000-0-F-0-1-0-16-16- 0 MSA X5000 Gas Monitor with Relays, Stainless Housing, CSA XP, ¾” NPT connentions , O2, 0-25%. QTY: 20 Part 2- 10213892 MSA JB5000 Remote J-Box, Stainless Steel, ¾” NPT, FM/CSA Approved. QTY:40 Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 9/3/2024.

Such capabilities /qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government.
