Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA)/ LBNFDUNESUS has a requirement for MSA Electrical Parts. Fermi Research Alliance, LLC intends to issue a sole source contract to ALLIED INSTRUMENTATION TM and MSA SAFETY SALES LLC 1000 Cranberry Woods DR. Cranberry Twp, PA 16066 United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that ALLIED INSTRUMENTATION TM and MSA SAFETY SALES LLC is the sole provider of the following for Fermilab Accelerator National Laboratory:

**Description:** Part 1- A-X5000-0-F-0-1-0-16-16- 0 MSA X5000 Gas Monitor with Relays, Stainless Housing, CSA XP, ¾” NPT connentions , O2, 0-25%. QTY: 20 Part 2- 10213892 MSA JB5000 Remote J-Box, Stainless Steel, ¾” NPT, FM/CSA Approved. QTY:40 Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 9/3/2024.

Such capabilities /qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice
