Sole Source to Optivor Technologies for Speakerbus Maintenance and Support

This is a notice that FEMA plans to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Optivor Technologies for Spearkerbus technical and maintenance support. The justification for other than full and open competition is attached as well as the Statement of Work (SOW). The existing SpeakerBus Conference Bridge support and maintenance agreement must be renewed to ensure continued operation of the conference bridge.

The contractor will: Provide maintenance and support of the Speakerbus Conference Bridge at all three locations listed in the Place of Performance in the SOW.
