With regard to the Section I clause, DFARS 252.244-7001 Contractor Purchasing System Administration, Offerors are reminded that the clause states, "The Contractor shall establish and maintain an acceptable purchasing system." "Acceptable purchasing system" is defined in the clause and does not include a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR). However, during execution of the contract, the ACO shall determine the need for a CPSR based on the information included in FAR 44.302(a) and DFARS 244.302(a).
