The purpose of this notice is to identify viable sources. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal, a Requst for Quote, or as any commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request, so offers will not be considered. This is strictly market research.
The Government seeks to identify all contractors ( Both Large and Small) who are able to provide services/supplies as prescribed in the attached work otuline. Response is strictly voluntary.
