## Description

The purpose of this notice is to identify viable sources. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal, a Requst for Quote, or as any commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request, so offers will not be considered. This is strictly market research.

The Government seeks to identify all contractors ( Both Large and Small) who are able to provide services/supplies as prescribed in the attached work otuline. Response is strictly voluntary. Thank you for your interest in helping to develop this requirement and and also thank you in advance for responding to this sources sought.
