** RFP 2024-R-053, AMENDMENT 001 PUBLISHED - PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JULY 22, 2024** U.S. Senate Automated Parking Enforcement Solution & Integration Services The United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms (“Senate” or “SAA”) requires installation of a comprehensive, automated parking enforcement solution (“Solution”).

The SAA requires a Contractor to provide a fully integrated Solution to include License Plate Reader (“LPR”) technology, software license, and hardware, for its indoor garages and designated, controlled street parking areas located on Capitol Hill. Offerors may attend at a site visit, which will provide a walk-thru of the Senate parking lot(s) and garage(s).

Two (2) site visit dates are provided for Offerors: 1) Friday, June 14, 2024, or 2) Monday, June 17, 2024 Offerors must provide their selected date of attendance and a list of attendees via e-mail to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov to the attention of Nicole A. Barnes by Noon on June 12, 2024, referencing “Site Visit for RFP 2024-R-053” in the subject line of the message.

Offerors must indicate their attendance on one of the listed dates for participating in the site visit; site visit will be limited only to Offerors that have notified the Senate of their attendance.
