UNITED STATES ARMY TEST AND EVALUATION COMMAND (ATEC) POTENTIAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES CONSOLIDATION This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for market research purposes in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101(c).

The Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) is seeking industry feedback and interest regarding the further enterprise-level consolidation of two (2) existing Information Technology (IT) support contracts. This effort will specifically integrate the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Information Systems Operations Service Support (ISOSS) mission into the ATEC Enterprise footprint, resulting in a single award supporting ATEC Headquarters (HQ) and four (4) Subordinate Organizations (SOs).

The Government anticipates a single, seven (7) year contract vehicle consisting of a two-year base period and five (5) one-year options. This RFI is intended to gauge industry capability and gather feedback to refine the final acquisition strategy and approach.
