Procurement of Reception Package for the U.S. Embassy’s Celebration of Independence Day 2025 in Hanoi, Vietnam

The U.S. Embassy Hanoi (“the Embassy”) proposes to host the American Independence Day Reception (“the Event”) in Hanoi, Vietnam, on July 11th, 2025 tentatively. In case for any internal reason that the Embassy is not able to host the Event on July 11th, the backup dates can be July 9th or 10th, 2025. The final date of the Event shall be determined at the earliest convenience and communicated accordingly.

(Please note that the date of the Event can change or be cancelled due to unforeseen situations and without any additional fees or cancellation charges to the Embassy.) The contractor shall provide the venue (address must be clearly noted in the quotation), equipment, facilities, security and meeting packages to include food and beverages as described herein statement of work below. The price offered shall include all labor, materials, deliverables, overhead, profit and any other anticipate charges.
