Solicitation for Cleaning Services for the U.S. Diplomatic Residences

The Embassy of the United States of America to Ukraine invites all interested responsible companies to submit the quotations for cleaning services for the U.S. diplomatic residences in preparation for occupancy and decommissioning. Request for Quotations is attached. All quotations must be prepared in English and submitted by e-mail on or before March 11, 2024, 17:00 (Kyiv time) to KyivSolicitations@state.gov with subject line “Cleaning Services for the U.S. Diplomatic Residences - 19UP3024Q0009”. No quotations will be accepted after the indicated deadline. For a quotation to be considered, you should complete and submit the following:

Standard Form SF-1449 Section 1 and Section 5 of the Request for Quotation Additional information as required in Section 3 of the Request for Quotation.

IMPORTANT: Amendment #0001 of the solicitation was issued, please see attached document “SF-30 Solicitation Amendment 0001”. The quoter should submit acknowledgement of receipt of this amendment by one of the following methods:

(a) By completing items 8 and 15 and submitting a copy of signed form “SF-30 Solicitation Amendment #0001” with the quote;

(b) By separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and number of amendment.

Note: Please submit your quotations in PDF or ZIP format only. According to FAR 4.1102 for contract action exceeding $30,000 prospective quoters should be registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to award of the contract, during performance and through the final payment. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company that submitted an acceptable quotation at the lowest price based on initial quotations, without holding discussions.

The discussions may be held with the companies in competitive range if there is a need to do so.
