Cleaning Services - Edinburgh

The U.S. Embassy London is currently seeking a company to provide cleaning services for one (1) year for the U.S. Consulate in Edinburgh. Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) regulations may apply. Invoicing may be on either a monthly or a quarterly basis in arrears. Only companies specializing in this field should apply. Vendors must provide evidence that they operate an established business with a permanent address in the United Kingdom that can be confirmed on Companies House.

All U.S. Government Contractors receiving an award valued at $30,000 USD or greater must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and the kinds of goods and services offered. There is no cost involved to obtain the NCAGE code or to register in SAM.

Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Interested vendors should refer to the attached Statement of Work and supporting documentation. There will be a site visit on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 11:30 am at the U.S. Consulate General in Edinburgh, located at 3 Regent Terrace, Edinburgh EH75BW. If you are interested in attending, please respond before 17:00 BST on Friday, May 27, 2024, to arrange entry to the building.
