Please provide us office layout plan-dimensional drawing and material requirement list for bidding for this RFQ Answer: A floor layout was provided, and the material requirements are all mentioned in the SOW. 2. What are the specific requirements for the design reconfiguration proposal?

Answer: The main requirements are mentioned in the SOW; one main thing is the accommodation of the two window counters located beside the entrance door. 3. Is there any type of information regarding access to buildings, like ramps, parking zones, elevators and such?

Answer: We can arrange access for the vendor for the delivery and installation of the furniture once the final schedule is set with the end user. 4. How many crew members are allowed to perform work inside the facilities?

Answer: The vendor will determine the number of staff needed for the installation to be completed within the set timeframe. 5. Is it a good assumption to say that working hours would be mostly night shift?

Answer: Weekends and night shifts only from 5:00–10:00 p.m. 6. Please send Room size/layout plan specially door entrance location/locations (if more than ONE door) for designing purpose of these 13 workstations.
