Center of Diseases Control agency has a requirement of new office space at the New Office Building in Panama City which shall include an office space for 1 Director, 1 Deputy Director and 4 staff personnel. The Facility Management Office has designated a currently vacant computer room which shall be reconfigured for the purpose of accommodating the agency’s requirements. Work will include but not limited to the following index:

a. Demolition of existing infrastructure of the current Computer room including ceiling tiles, HVAC, electrical conduits, etc.

b. Relocation of existing telecom rack and cables to the new equipment room.

c. Construction of new gypsum board walls.

d. Furnish and installation of new HVAC Ducting including VAV boxes, actuator, diffusor and return grilles, and connection to the existing BAS system.

e. New electric power installation for the office suite workstations.

f. Furnish and installation of new data port and telephone outlets for every workstation.

g. Relocation of fire siren strobe.

h. Furnish and installation of new ceiling tiles.

i. Furnish and installation of new LED light fixtures.

j. Built new gypsum board partitions with batt insulation for the new hard walled offices.

k. Installation of new carpet k. Finishing coating and Paint. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by March 22nd, 2024, 12:00p.m. local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to pnmprocreq@state.gov . It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

Proof of SAM Registration Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
