The Facility Management Office has designated a currently vacant computer room which shall be reconfigured for the purpose of accommodating the agency’s requirements. New electric power installation for the office suite workstations. f. Furnish and installation of new data port and telephone outlets for every workstation. g. Relocation of fire siren strobe. h. Furnish and installation of new ceiling tiles. i. Furnish and installation of new LED light fixtures. j. Built new gypsum board partitions with batt insulation for the new hard walled offices. k. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by March 22nd, 2024, 12:00p.m. local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
