Request for Quotation No. 19PL9025Q0010 vehicle purchase Date Issued February 13th, 2025 Closing date February 28th, 2025 The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw has a requirement to purchase a class D station wagon vehicle. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 19PL9025Q0010 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-55. Vehicle specifications: -gasoline engine, min 1.5 li capacity, min 150 hp -vehicle length min 4800 mm, width min 1800 mm, wheelbase distance minimum 2800 mm, 5 passenger capacity -trunk capacity min 650 liters, trunk must fit standard air freight box.
Min trunk dimensions 1100 mm depth, 1000 mm width, 1000 mm height with rear seats upright -front and rear parking sensors, -AC, heated front seats, trunk cargo net, cargo separator behind the rear row of seats and the trunk -body color black, tined windowpanes in the rear (rear side doors, end side windows, back window). -only EU vehicle specifications, authorized service available in Warsaw voivodship area. -delivery maximum 120 days from the award date. -manufacturer year 2025 Offers (in English) are due Friday, February 28th, 2025.
