Hotel rooms and meals in Kuching, Malaysia

The Embassy of the United States in Malaysia seeks book hotel rooms and meals arrangement in January 2025 in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Your proposal must be submitted to the Kuala Lumpur Dedicated Tender Office at KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov on or before 12pm January 1, 2025. No proposal will be accepted after this time. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
