Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Austria will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Tri-Missions Vienna intends to issue a solicitation for cellphone services for U.S.-Government employees at the U.S. Tri-Missions Vienna for local and international use including mobile cellular voice, text, roaming, and data service with an annual estimated cell phone usage. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

Voice and SMS/MMS Coverage: Unlimited voice calls and text messages within Austria and the EU (roaming). Estimated coverage of at least 428,000 call minutes and 428,000 text messages from Austria to non-EU countries and vice versa. Estimated coverage of at least 83,350 call minutes and 83,350 text messages globally.

Data Coverage: Unlimited data volume within Austria. 50,230 GB data volume within the EU (roaming). 1,115 GB data volume in non-EU countries. 574 GB data volume worldwide. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
