The U.S. Embassy Canberra invites you to submit a quotation for Media Monitoring Services. -Monitor print, radio, television, online news and social media based on a brief of fixedand evolving search terms. -Professionals daily briefing (6.30am, 10 sections, 80 clip limit, embedded audio/videolinks and downloads, Unlimited recipients, Custom formatting, Custom ordering, LinkedPDF or attachments) - 6 day a week service. - - Provide alerts on specified breaking news via email and/or phone. -Provision for at least 15 account holders with access to search, edit searches, compilereports, distribute reports, order transcripts/downloads, etc. -A range of service-generated report options, including a fully email-optimized newsletterreport template that generates the full report within the body of a shareable email (ratherthan as a hyperlink to an online report) that includes:
ohyperlinked headlines for all news, broadcast and social media items (Note: Thehyperlinks should not require a login, but take the reader directly to the mediaitem); oautomatically-generated hyperlinked headlines on broadcast items that linkthrough to a viewing portal where recipients can watch or listen to that item infull; ohyperlinked sub-headings for each of the various folders located at the top of theemail report; oa summary of each news items included under its headline; and oa visible reach or audience metric for each news item, including online news andsocial media. -Provision for distribution of service-generated reports to an unlimited number of users(under the umbrella of U.S. Government) from a U.S. Government email address.
Allrecipients should be able to access media content via hyperlink regardless of theirgeographic location.
5 - Fixed monthly annual fee to include all copyright and GST charges on all services. - Unlimited Internet monitoring based on provided key words and terms. - All audio, video and written transcript items downloadable on request (including copyright fees). - Customized training for account holders in the use of the service, report generation, customization, etc., tailored for the U.S. Mission to Australia’s needs. o One dedicated training day per quarter on how best to utilize platform to including help with setting up personalized setting with individual users.
One training day to be person-to-person with the three additional virtual trainings. Training should cover U.S. Mission customized requirements. (The U.S. Mission often uses media monitoring products in a different way than other organizations do.) - Dedicated service agent(s) for this account to include rapid response from dedicated customer service representative, resolving issues within 4 hours.
Including a secondary back-up contact to include weekends and holidays with a dedicated number for direct person to person response (expect us to be in touch with them on an almost daily basis). - Accountability mechanism for missed news stories (for example, investigating the reason and fixing systemic issues). - News media and journalist contacts directory, maintained and up-to-date in real time.
