Allrecipients should be able to access media content via hyperlink regardless of theirgeographic location. 5 - Fixed monthly annual fee to include all copyright and GST charges on all services. - Unlimited Internet monitoring based on provided key words and terms. - All audio, video and written transcript items downloadable on request (including copyright fees). - Customized training for account holders in the use of the service, report generation, customization, etc., tailored for the U.S. Mission to Australia’s needs. o One dedicated training day per quarter on how best to utilize platform to including help with setting up personalized setting with individual users. One training day to be person-to-person with the three additional virtual trainings. Training should cover U.S. Mission customized requirements. (The U.S. Mission often uses media monitoring products in a different way than other organizations do.) - Dedicated service agent(s) for this account to include rapid response from dedicated customer service representative, resolving issues within 4 hours.
