REPLACE FIRE PUMP MOTOR FCC TERRE HAUTE

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Terre Haute, In, is issuing combined synopsis solicitation 15B41823Q00000015 for the replacement of the Fire Pump Motor. The services will be provided to the Federal Bureau of Prisons outside secure perimeter of the facility, located at the Federal Prison Terre Haute, In. This solicitation is a request for Quote. The contract type is a requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price.

An award will be made to a responsive offeror (who submits all required submissions on time), whose past performance does not pose a risk to the Government, and whose offer is Technically Acceptable. An offer is technicallyacceptable if its technical capabilities conform to the Government's Performance Work Statement or listed specs whichever is applicable to the buy.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Buyer on the basis of price, technical capability, and past performance. The combined synopsis solicitation will be available on April 18, 2024 and will be distributed solely through the SAM.GOV.

The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on May 24,2024 at 11:00 a.m. EST. All interested vendors are strongly encouraged to attend in order to assess scope of work requested. Although encouraged to attend, this site visit is not mandatory to quote the solicitation.

Contractors doing business with the Federal Government are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-5 (Apr 2005) for Commercial Items and System for Award Management (SAM).
