Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Emergency Generator Repairs THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The National Park Service (NPS), Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office (AZ MABO), hereby gives notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) and the procedures at FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to:
